By accessing or using CryptoAccess, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use and the Risk Disclosure.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access cryptocurrency-related services in your location.
3. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. Market Participation
Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. Automated systems, displayed plans, projections, returns, rewards and examples do not constitute guaranteed income or guaranteed future performance.
5. Payments and Blockchain Transactions
You are responsible for selecting the correct blockchain network and payment address. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Network fees, confirmation times and third-party service interruptions may affect transactions.
6. Referral and Reward Programs
Referral commissions, levels, qualifications, rewards and promotional benefits are subject to the current platform plan, eligibility rules, verification and fraud controls. They may be revised or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud, impersonation or false account information.
- Unauthorized access or interference with the platform.
- Money laundering or unlawful financial activity.
- Misleading or guaranteed-income marketing claims.
- Abuse of referral, reward or promotional systems.
8. Suspension
Access may be restricted while suspected fraud, security incidents, payment disputes or violations are reviewed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoAccess is not responsible for market losses, blockchain failures, exchange interruptions, internet outages, third-party services, unauthorized credential use or events beyond reasonable control.
10. Governing Framework
These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of India. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights applicable in a user's location are not excluded.
