What does the subscription include?
A software licence for one Binance account, API integration,
initial setup and activation assistance, automated execution of the
configured strategy, position monitoring and integration-related support
during your subscription.
Which exchange is supported?
CryptoAccess bot integration is available for Binance only.
Where do my trading funds stay?
Your trading funds remain in your own Binance account.
The subscription fee pays for software licensing and integration services.
Trading capital and Binance trading fees are separate.
Do I need a Binance API key?
Yes. Integration uses your Binance API. Do not send your API secret
through email, Telegram or public messages. Contact support for the
integration procedure.
When does my subscription start?
Subscription validity starts on bot activation:
one month for Monthly or three months for Quarterly.
Contact support to arrange payment and setup.
Does a subscription guarantee profit?
No. Trading can result in losses, including loss of trading capital.
Market conditions, leverage, exchange availability and technical
interruptions can affect execution and results.
Can I pay my subscription with CAX?
CAX subscription payments are planned after listing and payment
integration launch. This payment option is not available yet.
How do I renew or cancel?
Contact support to confirm renewal, cancellation and refund terms
before paying. Ask support how existing open positions will be
handled when the subscription ends.
