Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. Withdrawal Eligibility
A user must have an active eligible account and satisfy the applicable minimum withdrawal amount, verification requirements, reward rules, and anti-abuse checks.
2. Review Process
Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for duplicate accounts, self-referral abuse, mission manipulation, suspicious activity, technical errors, unauthorized automation, or other violations of platform rules.
3. Processing Time
Processing time may vary depending on verification, security review, network conditions, payment method availability, and operational workload. Submission of a request does not guarantee immediate payment.
4. Minimum Withdrawal
The applicable minimum withdrawal threshold is the amount displayed in the member dashboard or withdrawal interface at the time of request. CryptoAccess may update thresholds prospectively when operational or economic conditions require.
5. Wallet and Payment Details
Users are responsible for providing accurate destination information. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. CryptoAccess is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses or incompatible networks supplied by the user.
6. Fees and Network Costs
Applicable network, processor, or transaction costs may be deducted or separately displayed where relevant.
7. Rejected or Held Requests
A request may be rejected, delayed, or held when there is suspected fraud, account abuse, sanctions or legal risk, security concern, insufficient verified balance, technical error, or violation of platform terms.
8. Reward Adjustments
Rewards credited because of technical error, duplicate credit, fraudulent activity, reversed transactions, or rule violations may be corrected or reversed after review.
9. No Guaranteed Cash Value
XP is primarily a learning and engagement metric. RP and other reward mechanisms are governed by current platform rules and eligibility conditions. A displayed balance is not an unconditional guarantee of cash payment.
