1. Platform Purpose

CryptoAccess.one provides crypto education, community features, learning missions, rewards, market intelligence tools, and selected premium services. The platform does not promise guaranteed income, guaranteed trading profits, or risk-free returns.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting their login credentials, and complying with laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Accounts may be restricted or blocked for abuse, fraud, manipulation, duplicate-account exploitation, or violation of platform rules.

3. Free and Premium Membership

CryptoAccess may offer Free and Premium membership levels. The current Premium membership model may provide eligible users with access to designated premium features for the stated membership period. Feature availability may evolve as the platform develops.

4. Premium Signals

Premium access may include entry to a private Binance Hunter Signals community or channel. Signals are informational and educational in nature. Users make their own trading decisions and execute trades manually at their own discretion and risk.

5. No Customer API Key Requirement

CryptoAccess does not require customers to provide exchange API keys for the private owner-operated Binance Hunter automation system. Private automation, source code, and owner-only systems are not automatically included with membership.

6. Rewards, XP and RP

XP, RP, mission rewards, referral rewards, streaks, and promotional benefits are subject to eligibility rules, verification, anti-abuse controls, and platform limits. Displaying a reward balance does not by itself guarantee immediate withdrawal or cash payment.

7. Referrals

Referral benefits may be offered under published platform rules. Self-referrals, fake accounts, coordinated abuse, misleading promotion, and reward manipulation are prohibited. CryptoAccess may review and reverse rewards connected to abuse or error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, exploit bugs, manipulate missions, create fraudulent accounts, interfere with platform security, scrape protected data, or use CryptoAccess for unlawful activity.

9. Intellectual Property

Platform branding, original educational materials, software, private systems, automation logic, designs, and protected content remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

10. Service Availability

CryptoAccess may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons. Continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Responsibility

Users remain responsible for their own financial decisions, wallets, exchange accounts, tax obligations, security practices, and compliance requirements. Crypto markets can produce substantial or total losses.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when services, laws, or platform features change. Continued use after an update may be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
